No. Sacred Grief Companion Sessions are not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. They are compassionate, non-clinical conversations designed to provide support, reflection, and practical guidance as you navigate grief, loss, life transitions, or spiritual questions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical care, I encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional.

Sessions should be scheduled within 30 days of purchase. You'll receive an intake form and scheduling instructions within 24 hours of your order. If something comes up, you're welcome to reschedule your appointment with advance notice.

Absolutely. These offerings make thoughtful gifts for someone navigating grief or a significant life transition. After purchasing, simply forward your confirmation email to the recipient so they can complete the intake form and schedule their session. Or email me directly to share their information and I will contact them. 

• Sessions must be booked within 30 days of purchase.
• Sessions are by appointment only and subject to availability.
• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
• Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered forfeited.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Gift cards may be transferred or gifted to another person.
• 60- and 90-minute sessions may be divided into multiple shorter sessions if preferred. A 60-minute session may be divided into two 30-minute sessions, and a 90-minute session may be divided into three 30-minute sessions.
• All sessions associated with a purchase must be completed within 30 days of purchase.
